The Atwater at Ninth Square participates in the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, which allows us to offer reduced rents for moderate-income households. We are proud to accept Housing Choice Vouchers, including Section 8, as part of our commitment to providing accessible housing options.

Income Guidelines
Eligibility for our affordable apartment homes is based on the number of people in your household and the combined annual gross income for all household members.
Please review the chart below for the maximum allowable household income limits at 30%, 50%, and 60% of Area Median Income (AMI) for New Haven County. (Income limits are updated annually, typically around April.)

Ongoing Eligibility
